Minimum requirements for our loan programs:
- Must be a California resident over the age of 18.
- Must show proof of income
- Must have an active checking account for e-commerce loans
- Personal references
- You cannot be currently serving in the military. A federal law title 32 CFR Part 232 prohibit this lender from making loans to military personnel.

Some documents that we may request:
- Current Pay-roll Stub
- W-2 from previous tax year
- Current Bank Statement
- Current California Drivers License or I.D.

S.O.S. Loans, Inc. loan approval policy is based on the accuracy of the information which you supplied to us, the combination of your credit history and your ability to pay back the loan.  Many times bad or no credit does not influence our credit granting criteria.
